When I was 12 years old I passed out in school. I hit my head off a chalk board and the floor and when I came to, the teacher had put a bookbag under my head then asked me to walk to the nurse. I suppose I said yes, but I was unable to walk far before I fell to my knees again in the hallway (on the way to the nurse). So I just layed there till the nurse came to me. I wasn't going to attempt the stairs. Another teacher opened his door and saw me laying there but just went into his class, shutting his door. I know me fainting has nothing to do with them but how they handled the situation I think was very wrong for a school district. And also, they had no record of me fainting when we asked about it for doctors. Does anyone know what I could do about this, if anything, now that I'm 18? I didn't want my parents to make something of it while I was in school with all my friends back then, but now I realized we should have done something. Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated!

Me and my wife are still married but separated neither one has custody of the children, I feel they are much safe with me. My wife has a new partner now that has been incarcerated for a FD Battery. Since there isn’t any custody order and we are not Divorce
Can I make this move, with out any problems with the law being involved?

I'm doing a project for class that involves an imaginary student whose family is Catholic. The student is doing poorly and I have to create a lesson plan. I was thinking the bible would a good way to involve the child's family in the childs education. Of course this is an individual lesson plan. Does anyone know the law regarding this type of thing? Is this something that can be done?

I mean, COME ON! He's actually thinking about running again in '08! HELLO! Earth-to-John! NO ONE wants you to be President, democrat or republican. You had your shot, and you blew it. Then you insulted the troops. And you look like Herman Munster. He's so clueless that he's probably still holding his breath waiting for a Mondale - Ferraro recount.

Why is it that American Civil Liberties Union is willing to defend the civil rights of minorities including neo-nazi's and other groups who could give a damn about civil liberties but refuse to defend honest, hard working types? Why does the ACLU constantly harp on the constitutionality issue of separation of church and state when there is nothing in the US Constitution about seperation of church and state?
