it is very good, based on a true story, about the problems with international drug trafficking.
i have spent a lot of thought on this subject, and have come to the conclusion that the war on drugs is an impossible one to win.
The more the government tightens its grip, the quicker the smugglers will slip through their fingers.
I heard a story about a cop on border patrol, and once a week his radar gun would go off @ ~150,160 mph.
but he could see nothing.
after this occuring several times he had another agent down the road lay a spike belt after the entity had passed, and they caught a man in a black viper with black tint, riding, headlights off and night vision goggles on, 50 kilos of cocaine in the back.
this is an OLD trick.
so you see the problems with the war on drugs...
The product, (drugs) actually grows in value the more restrictions are placed on it, so there will always be people willing to risk it.
