2. GIve specific plans
3. Stop flip-flopping on issues

He didn't really insult the troops and you know it. Most of the people I know personally ( at least 10 ) that have served or are serving, only had high school diploma and were joining strictly for the money or college tuition. What Kerry really was saying is that the Armed services exploit those less fortunate. Not that the soliders do not have intelligence but rather they do not have opportunities. They are forced sell their lives for Georgie's war to get opportunities to go to college or get extra money for their family.
