I can think of at least one. I wish people would stop telling kids under 15/16 they cannot work legally. The Department of Labor's website clearly debunks that in many cases.

Ok, I'm on a minimun day today so I decided to do my homework before going to the park in the school library with Jamie. We like to spend time there in the afternoon. Anyway I can get the internet on my laptop and they have wireless. I just read an article about Nancy Pelosi having a close friend George Miller in the House of Rep. Note in my last question I said she was in the Congress but that's an error I admit she's in the House of Representives. Anyway it says that his family is back in California (oh ya I live there too and I think he's our Rep. My dad doesnt like Democrats so I bet he didnt vote for him. I noticed thay had a pic of him behind Ms. Pelosi holding her kind of close and holding her hands. When my boyfriend Jamie does that (rarely cause my parents seldom leave us alone to get in trouble, except when we go to the park and usually were doing exercising or helping the old people there) its SOOO erotic and I get weak as I let him hold me close. What about Ms Pelos

The Supreme Court ruled that the government could tell a farmer how much wheat he was allowed to grown on his own land for his own use. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wickard_v._Filburn (Read the case at http://www.agh-attorneys.com/4_wickard_v_filburn.htm... you won't believe how stupid the Supreme Court "justices" are.)

Since then, the government has tried to control everything, even telling States that they cannot enact their own laws regarding growing medical marijuana.

The 10th Amendment to the Constitution reserves to the People and the States: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

In reading the Constitution, I don't see anything that gives the federal government the power to prevent people from growing wheat - or marijuana - on their own land.

So is the Constitution dead? Are all our rights gone? Do we live in a police state?

There is no logic that can be used to "prove" that he is competent. In some ways he is competent on the home front, but not in very many ways.
Foreign policy-wise, it is nothing but the worst fiasco since Vietnam.
So, I'd like to see the thoughts from republicans on this.
