This grand larceny in the 2nd degree and burglary in the 2nd degree charge is in the state of South Carolina, if that helps.

How can someone commit burglary and grand larceny in the 2nd degree? Is it one of those situations where, for instance, a person was driving a vehicle that he didn't know was stolen? Is that 2nd degree?
