If you are for the federal govt. you agree with the more liberal justices on the supreme court. You also agree with upholding Roe V. Wade. However you also agree with the liberal justices that states may not make their own laws regarding decriminalization of drugs, and that the federal law trumps state law, when it comes to drug enforcement.
If you are for states rights you agree with the conservative judges on the supreme court. You agree that Roe v. Wade should be overturned and every state to be able to decide for themselves if abortion is legal and to what extent. You also believe, however that every state should be allowed to decide for itself to whether they want to legalize drugs, and to what extent.
Please tell me your view. Do you favor state or federal control? Please choose one, and don't say both.
I myself am against both drugs and abortion. But I would choose state control. I would rather tolerate legal drugs in order to let states restrict abortion.

They all work in defense contacting and government Jobs , most are former military collecting pensions and six figure incomes in debt to the hilt with 700,000- 1.5 million dollar homes . All of them are in a panic over the democrats getting in office and are saying as long as we win in 08 things will be fine but we need to organize and make sure we all vote the right guy in .
With the concern of republicans on the finances of only 36% of Americans , those in government and those who collect from the government ,why are they always bashing the poor and welfare people when all of their lives they have collected from uncle sam .

Logical Conclusion? The U.S. should pull out of Washington D. C. immediately!

last night i parked my car outside the garage for the first time ever.....we just moved to this quiet little neighborhood a few weeks ago....i took my husband to work this morning at three thirty and everything was tore out i left my purse in there and my debit card is gone...i called and cancled it but is there anything else i should do....file a police report? i have no idea who would have done this i havnt made any enemies for years and if i do have some they dont know where i live? was it random? im really mad i finally started to feel safe here and now its ruined...

We know that GDP Growth has been about 3-4%, with pretty small inflation. How did we achieve the tax revenue growth of 14% with only 4% economic growth and with decreasing tax brackets? Hint: Has nothing to do with unemployment and the additional jobs in the economy. Those jobs are reflected in the GDP number.

I do not want to take pictures of art but of archaeological objects does this affect the copyright, surely if the museum has said one can photograph the items the photographs (of those items) are mine. The archaeological items in the museums belong to the British public and Museums are the caretakers of such items, surely that means I can use those photographs as I see fit. I know this does not apply to art work but would this apply to archaeological items?
