How do you prove that? Sometimes after marriage and things do not work out many accusations are thrown about...... Could be possible that the person they married used the "paper thing" to control and manipulate that person....Who would want to stay in a marriage like that? Of course the opposite spouse would always say..... You married me for your papers.

They have to prove to the court that this was the reason for getting married. I think there's also a law somwhere that says you have to be married for so long after becoming a citizen. You should contact a lawyer that specializes in this and find out what the law is. there is some wrongdoing in this, so definitely talk to a professional. You're not gonna have much luck on here.

i imagine that when the court docket asks you to go back to court docket then you truthfully bypass and they discover out that you're an immigration. Then they straight away provide you with a even as to honestly get packed up and e book tickets and stuff to bypass back on your u . s .. they'll understand besides. And in case you do not bypass, then you truthfully cant bypass to school or college. there'll be a notification on your OSR about the immigration information and they wont settle for you into the college.

It may be possible but you should check with Naturalization and Immigration to get the best answer. It will not cut off all their entitlements from the marriage as access to your pension, alimony and child custody. If you are trying to avoid the grief, try working on resolving the differences.

Yes, you can, but you have to prove that they married you for the citizenship. If you knew about it, that means you've committed a felony and they will jail you.

The only way to denaturalize a person is to prove that they used fraud to get their residence. Marriage fraud, five or more years into the marriage is going to be nearly impossible to prove.

I don't think so. That would be a huge mistake that person will just have to live with.
