It appears all 24 hour news programs focus on sensationalist stories, not only the "right-wing" ones. Even left wing broadcasts such as CNN and MSNBC focus on the sensationalist stories. They often cover the same stories at the same time even, and the only difference remaining would be the commentators. Its all about the ratings. And sensationalist stories get people watching, which makes the stations money, which is all any of them really care about in the first place

Shepard Smith, Geraldo Revera, John Gibson, Allen Colmes all work for Fox News! None of the 3 major left slanted news channels can say they have conservative journalists. Why can't the other news agencies give both sides of an issue? The ban on the JROTC in San Francisco didn't even make the news on other stations. Or the story about the professor in Washington State verbally attacking his conservative students. Leftists really don't want the truth, they only want the leftist opinion to be heard and that sure ain't the truth. Sorry if I spelled the names wrong.

It's a desperate attempt to keep the indoctrinated on message.

The majority of voters have already seen through the propaganda, but the right wing media knows only scare tactics, and is incapable of providing rational arguments for their cause.

I think you are being nice... lol

My opinion is that they are about spin and rhetoric with their constant use of negative terminology when referring to anything that has to do with the democratic party. I mean they do tell some truth but they always seem to just have to add in jabs of crap that twist or try to bias their listener.

I said you were being nice because I don't call is senationalism, I call it LIEING!! but I guess you could call it sensationalism in a way... they use it to grab attention.
