Pepsi, Coke,GM, and Ford support La Raza. If racist groups like the Black Panthers, or the KKK were refused any donations could they sue for racism ?

NOTE : I don't support any racist groups, just a odd little thought that popped into my dark, twisted mind.

i have problem with a scenario which is part of my piece of course work i have to do. basically a mans mobile phone contract is due for renewal at end of month, and its currently begining of month. he gets letter through saying " it couldnt be easier, u need do nothing and if we dont hear anything we will automatically renew your contract". well the man looks else where for better deal, but within six days (6th of the month), the company has already sent him confirmation of renewal papers through. i have been asked the question of has he accepted the contract? i need answer in terms of offer, acceptance , consideration etc. any help would be appreciated. i know that normaly acceptance has to be communicated in law, however here it doesnt ask for any-and takes none as acceptance, any students/law experts who can help this novice, with as much detail/cases to back up as u can give. please help im new to this.

This is not a joke. Nick Pope, former MoD chief warns that Britain could be attacked by extraterrestrials at any time and complains that the projects he once ran are now "virtually closed" down, leaving the country "wide open" to aliens.

Mr Pope decided to speak out about his worries after resigning from his post at the Directorate of Defence Security at the MoD this week. "The consequences of getting this one wrong could be huge. If you believe these things are extra terrestrial craft then you cannot rule out that what is happening is some kind of covert reconnaissance."

These are the same guys that tell us that our neighbors are terrorists. That there are terrorists around every corner. Does this hurt their credibility, or will you just brush off that the equivalent of Rumsfeld in Britain says aliens will attack us if we dont submit to government protection? Just a thought....

I know logically the answer is in our daily newspaper, but I'm disabled and unable to get to a news rack to find out. Victorville is located in Southern California, in the High Desert, if that helps any. Who my Congressman/woman is and his/her phone#, address, email, person to contact for communication would be a tremendous help.

I've heard a lot of criticism that the democrats have no plan for Iraq. I will admit they have not done a very good job of conveying and publicizing their ideas. But when republicans criticize democrats for not having a plan, think about what that says about republicans. To me, it means the mess is so bad that not even professional politicians can figure a way out. So when I hear a republican say that democrats have no plan, in my mind I am also hearing them admit that republicans made a mess that can't be cleaned up.

What are your thoughts?
