I know logically the answer is in our daily newspaper, but I'm disabled and unable to get to a news rack to find out. Victorville is located in Southern California, in the High Desert, if that helps any. Who my Congressman/woman is and his/her phone#, address, email, person to contact for communication would be a tremendous help.

What is your Zip + 4? You can got to the link below and find out who your Representative is. But, you need your Zip + 4. Then, you will get your Congress person's Name, address, etc.
If you still can't find it, call your local public library. The staff there most likely has the information.
