if you are US citizen initially file a I-130 and 325a pay 190 USD for filing then wait till you get other notices and more filing fees total process about 6 months if you are lucky and both DHS NVC are awake during working hrs

She needs to get in the back of a long line where illegal aliens have CUT in front of her, and she has to cheer for them as she waits 20 years for her citizenship after all the cheaters "sqeaky~wheels" get their attention first.
