Sen. from Virginia Robert Bird. Is the greatest "pork barrel" spender in history. However; the second is not even on your list, and that is Sen Ted Kennedy from Mass. He is the major siphon for "the Big Dig". The last I heard it cost tax payers 15 BILLION and rising because it leaks...I'm not sure if it is in use or ever will be usable.
