She was leaving a grocery store and got rear end by a truck, the driver then got out and started cursing at her. She had to spend a couple days in the hospital. What can she do? Does the other persons insurance cover her since it wasn't her fault. Can she sue for damages or what? Any advice would be appreciated.

I am an illegal immigrant, so I don't have a social security number but I have so much money now it is no longer smart or safe to not have it in a bank. Even though my house is in a great neighborhood I am scared that someone will steal the millions of dollars from my hiding place.

Can Yahoo be held legally responsible for it's failure to properly monitor it's forums, with false reports ?
In the different forums people are being targeted by small groups with repeated false reports and those people, who are posting proper questions and answers are being suspended. Does Yahoo have a fiduciary responsibility to properly and fairly monitor this and can they be held legally liable for failure to live up to it's own guidelines?

Is Yahoo guilty of breach of the Public Trust Doctrine
in the way they use arbitrary and capricious removals?
in the immigration forum?

They have a duty to preserve the integrity of what
they offer, fair treatment for all without malicious
retribution by a favored group.

Have you been mischaracterized or punitively treated
by Yahoo and those of illegal designes by having your
account threatened, removed or suspended?

For those of you who know the movie and have seen it bear with me for just a minute while I explain the movie to others. The movie is about two brothers who after a bar fight go on vigilanty style killings. They only kill men who have killed others, work for mobsters, and mobsters themselves. If you haven't seen it you need to go rent it tonight. So my question is this, if two people went around the United States killing the murders, rapist, molesters, pimps, and other "bad" people, would you be for them or against them?
