This is the thing i have worked for this lady for about 6 months she had paid me by 3-4 checks w/ a pay stub then one day she was all worried that I had already cashed my check @ the currency. Well the next check I got she told me to go to her bank and cash it.So I did not thinking of it.Well turns out that she had bounced my check @ the currency and did not want me to know about it. Then the following few weeks she was just paying me cash....I thought that was really strange, but I didn't say any thing because I just wanted to get paid. Well to make this long story short she never paid the currency & wont give me my last check...I personaly don't think that she has ever filled out the W-2 for me I don't really know what is going on I need to go futher with this but I need know how to find out what she is doing before I get in trouble for nothing..If someone can help me figure this out I would be very greatfull for any info. I can get on shaddy employers...Thankyou Sandra

Did not gay marriage bans pass overwhelmingly in the states? And by overwhelmingly, I mean in the 60 and 70 percentile range. Thats not a Republican or conservative thing. Thats a popular vote, and the majority of Americans felt the ban should pass. So once again, let me ask, how are conservatives or Republicans the only ones who are "homophobic", if I stoop to your level and use that word

Today there is a municpal election where I live, and for councillor there are 4 people running.

I am not happy with the current councillor and would very much like to see him replaced, as basically he does nothing and has no time for his constituants.

However the other 3 candidates have no websites, have made no effort to contact the people in their riding (pamphlets, phone calls, etc). There have been a few mentions of them in the media, but not enough for me to really know what they stand for.

What would you do? Pick a random name? Pick the one you know most about? Or would you abstain from voting for anyone on the basis that you can not make a reasonable informed decision? Keeping in mind that those kinds of votes are not tabulated even if you decline the ballot (which I wouldn't do as I am interested in voting for Mayor, though I have declined ballots in the past for what it was worth when it was the best of bad options)

What would you do? How would you decide?

My fiance suggested I try her dentist. My fiance told the Dentist office where I worked. They then began telling her the names of some of my co-workers who also come to their office. The Dentist office proceeds to look at what my co-worker's chart to see how much and what would be covered under my insurance. Would this be some sort of HIPPA violation? If so, what do I need to do to report this abuse? Thanks in advance for any help and direction.

and do you think they would take any notice of the mere voting publics point of view anyway??
I refer of course to some of the crazy ridiculous policys that seem to be the staple of modern politics e.g compensation for prisoners who suffered the "abuse "of going cold turkey.

I want to be something with law enforcement without college, i know people that have done it, and get paid pretty good. I have tried taking the test for the border patrol but failed the written test. I still have to wait six more months to retest. what should i do, and where should i start at. I know i need to go to a police academy first, but how, who do I talk to, and how do i apply. Help. Its not that im not that smart, because the cops i see in my neighborhood arent that smart either, i know cause ive talked to them after work. so i ask myself how did the pass that test, is there a way of cheating it or what?

A friend of mine has a child but has never been married to the mother of the child. He sees his daughter very infrequently, but the mother does not see her at all (drug problems, etc). The mother's parents have been raising the child and have full custody of her. Now that she is 10 years old, they are saying they want to adopt her and they want my friend to give up all his parental rights, meaning that he would not be able to see her until she is 18. Can they legally do this? He says the only way around it is for him to try to get full custody himself. Does anyone know how this works?

We are in debt, we are at war, the only thing going good right now is the economy.
Anyone that wants to work can find a job now.

If the democrats mess up the economy we don't have the resources to cover their blunders.

We need to continue to build a working economy and over time we'll all benefit from it.

But the democrats will increase taxes which penalizes the employers causing them to cut jobs.

We don't have the money for handouts either so they will get it from the taxes I mentioned above.

Democrats do better when the economy is strong so they can suck it dry, I don't feel we are strong enough to withstand the democrats yet like we were after Reagan & Bush Sr.

Democrats can't build economies, they are wave riders. If their isn't a wave they're lost and we suffer for it.

Our class is having a heated debate on this question and our side on the debate as to what was the first aggravated assault in the bible is when the Israel's whipped the Egyptians while they were slaves. I am still researching on this on the internet but any help is better than no help.
