The immigration law that requires that aliens be documented for legal entry. Those who sneak intto the country are referred to as "entry without inspection" (EWI). Others enter with legal documentation and then violate the terms on which they have been admitted by taking jobs that are not authorized or overstaying the authorized period of stay in the country. Both types of illegal immigrants are deportable under Immigration and Nationality Act Section 237 (a)(1)(B) which says:

Contact the police and tell them of your suspicions. They will probably give you contact information on the immigration department, who I'm sure will start the investigation right away. Be patriotic and do the right thing for your country. Think about the environment your children or grandchildren are going to have to grow up in if this phenomenon continues. I know it's a family, but they are doing something that is very illegal.

I stay in Texas and the issue is a lot greater than even the object shows. in case you ruin an arm, anticipate a 5 hour wait because of the fact the ER is jammed with people who haven't any scientific wellbeing coverage and comprehend they might get loose scientific care (such besides toddler visits) by ability of exhibiting up on the ER. the issue will in basic terms get greater as American firms remember on NAFTA and undocumented, slave salary workers in our service sector. as long because of the fact the roles are right here, they are going to shop coming. Who can blame them? if your determination is starvation in Mexico or a clean existence to your loved ones, you will come to the U. S.. this is not racism to declare that we've an immigration issue. this is not racism to declare that the immigration issue is taking a brilliant toll on our healthcare equipment. To me, racism is blaming immigrants because of the fact we could like low value products and centers produced at a salary an American worker won't take.

BE CAREFUL!!!

If people are doing that then you can be certain they are making lots of money at it. The people that run people and drugs across the border are not to be underestimated. The state government of Tampialupus for example has no direct control over its border cities and the drug cartels run them all.

So if you feel you have to do something about it then make an anonymous approach to the INS (actually they are called something else these days)....or better still local law enforcement as the feds are probably too overworked to get to it.

However take care, these are seriously nasty people to mess with.

Report them to Immigration Center and Enforcement (ICE)

Go buy a strong pair of binoculars and write down every license plate that comes and goes from their house. Keep a note book with dates and time. Do not disclose your activities to anyone, loose lips sink ships.

Invite the FBI to stake out in your house, while they have them under surveillance. WHAT FUN! LMFAO!

OK in addition to every government agency mentioned in the answers above (none of which will do ANYTHING) call CNN and tell them what you've seen and invite them out to have a look for themselves. Our government seems reluctant and ineffective in controling this problem. There is a big election coming up in just two years and just as the past election was won and lost on the issue of Iraq the next election will be won and lost on immigration issues. We ARE going to build a TALL fence and soon as it is complete we ARE going to start rounding up and deporting criminals.
