I think Cain and Able was the first aggravated assault in the bible. Also said that it was aggravated assault at first but then it ends up with a first degree murdered. I would say that they are wrong, what came first was aggravated assault right, than murdered came after wards so I know and I believe that it was the first aggravated assault in the bible. Also I still don't agree on the murdered thing I think when we defined aggravated assault it is also an serious crime. The question is, what includes in serious crime again it is murdered, and also rape am I right people........think about it guys.
Thank you

It can't be Cain and Abel. Cain murdered Abel, and the aggravated assault charge would've been merged with the murder charge.

There must be a different point of view but, if you are looking at this in the time frame, I would say it was in the story of "Cain and Able" (Genesis 4).

No, it would be cain & abel, I suppose. It was actually homocide, but i bet an aggravated assault cased the death.

Cain bonking Abel. Some argument involving sheep. Abel died, and Cain had a bummer day from that point on.....

Umm, wouldn't Cain killing Abel count... Although murder, he did actually physically assault him...
