Don't you believe army participants require phycological evaluation before service, I mean like probably the majority of soldiers are phycologically demented and sadistic. I mean like the military and war is like a free ticket for a serial killer and killer alike, you can kill as many civilians as you like with very little and mostly no retributions because the civilians are that of an opposing and foreign nation. Look at some of the Us military incidents in Iraq, geez this free-for-all recruitment system gotta stop. Like did you guys watch Dateline NBC, they caught so many US Iraq soldiers going to have improper inreraction with minors, imagine if they could do that on their own soil, what they are doing in another person's nation.

the republicans probably would have retained the Senate?
In many ways, if the pleas of the democrats and third parties were heard and acted upon, republicans would have much more power this January.

So some folks (illegals mostly) are crying about us cracking down on Illegal immigration. Mexico isn't a place you want to be an Illegal in, America is a cake walk compared to how Illegals are treated there. It doesn't seam like anyone wants to discuss that little fact, when slamming us for our treatment of Illegals. You hear the illegals here scream and shout about a death or two at our boarder. They might want to check on the statistics of deaths of Illegals in Mexico, by Federal police there. Ask a latino from any other south AMerican country how he might be treated when he crossed into Mexico Illegally, or legally for that matter. Frankly you don't have any rights in Mexico even if you enter legally. I'm tired of undocumented mexicans here complaining about how badly they are treated by us and how is it we owe them anything.

Agree or disagree.

Now, I am not one of those people that blames the media and television for causing violence. I'm not looking at it from that angle. I'm not saying these things CAUSE it, i'm just curious as to whether or not some criminals might get some of their ideas from these sources. For instance a bank robbery...or a way to break into a house, or something of that nature. Or the way to commit the so called "perfect murder." I've read a lot of those types of crime books and suspense stories, and I must admit, the authors can come up with some pretty good ideas. Same goes for the big screen. What's the likelihood that some criminals might get ideas from something they might have seen or read? Is it highly unlikely?

I have been trying to find the answer to this question but it seems ambiguous everywhere. For an act to legally be 'sexual contact' what has to happen? Does there have to be penetration? Does there have to be contact with a sexual part? Or what? Can it be sexual contact to give a foot rub? Is there someone with experience of UK law in this area that can help. Thank you.

According to Newt Gingrich if Bush replaced Rumsfeld two weeks before the election, voters would not have been as angry. Sen. Arlen Specter, R-Pa., the outgoing chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, agreed with that assessment.

These midguided people think that the voter were that angry over one man? Sheesh, are they disconnected from reality. The voters are upset over the entire mess not just one man. Hundreds of billions in war debt and thousand killed, ten thousands wounded and these guys think firing Rumsfeld would have made the voters forget all that.
They are out of touch with reality.

A system that allows Mexican workers to enter the United States legally would free up thousands of government personnel and save an estimated $3 billion a year-resources that would then be available to fight terrorism. In addtion, For the past 15 years, the U.S. government has imposed new and burdensome regulations on American employers and dramatically increased spending on border control. Despite those aggressive efforts, America's border policy has failed to stem the flow of undocumented workers into the U.S. labor market. Its a zero sum game with Mexico open up the borders is the only way to go long term.
CATO institute goverment angency doing the study. The costs will go up, and up trying crack down on the border more and more.
