One of the major news stations was saying that the one of the first things the democrats will do is repeal some of the tax cuts Bush enacted, specifically the marriage tax penalty. I need every last penny of that tax cut to pay my bills. My sister says that is a little dramatic and it won't happen like that. What do you think?

Ok my friend and I have a bet to see who’s right. Her husband is an illegal Mexican. Actually he came on a visa but it is expired. Well she wants him to have a sperm analysis done because they are trying to get pregnant. She says that he could go to just about any doctor and regardless of the fact that he is illegal with no SS# that he could get services done as long as he has money. I say that she is going to have a harder time than she thinks….so just wanted some advice. Will a doctor give any medical services to an illegal as long as they have the money????

Usually I consider my self a firm Republican but its Impossible to ignore all the recent scandals and chronyism that has plagued my party. Im not saying the Democrats will do any better but I think the party needs to be weeded out every now and than plus it reminds them that they could easily lose there jobs if they dont work hard. Do you think the Republicans will come back stronger for it?

Cop said I was going 38 in 25 mile zone . 2 cars in front of me and i was turning around a curve, i would of ended up in a ditch if I was speeding I was actually doing 20 He must of clocked the car that was going straight in front of me.He didnt allow me to see the radar gun . Personally, I vehemently disagree with almost everything Jim W., Humanist, and many others post. However, I would never report their answers as abuse because I believe they have the right to state their opinions.

Recently, there seems to have been a rash of reporting, as well as, questions and answers being deleted from this forum.

What Yahoo and some people fail to realize is that the only reason why Yahoo Politics Answers is as popular as it is, is because of the free exchange of ideas and the differing viewpoints. Once you start censoring ideas people will lose interested and this forum will die.

If I get many more reports, I feel the only option will be to do the same! Then Yahoo Answers will be a clean, sanitized environment that no one will want to use.
