BUT SIR THE BJP IS ALSO NOT OPPOSING THE RESERVATION. THEN WHY THESE PEOPLE CAST VOTE IN FAVOUR OF THIS PARTY?

That could be one factor. But, the election results always reflect the change in the equations among the various castes and religious groups in the State. In UP, Mylayam Singh Yadav, was holding the fort, with the active support he enjoyed of the Muslim population, because of the latter's disenchantment with the Congress and the emergence of the BJP with the active support of the Brahmans and the Rajputs. Now, Mulayam seems to be losing ground with the Muslims shifting their loyalty, perhaps to congress. BJP has been a strong force to reckon with. It is not surprising that they have gained significant victory in the recent polls.

Yes
Although i am not a BJP supporter but my experience tells me that BJP is a good party who are dedicated and good patriots. They can eleminate corruption from the nation and India will show good developement if BJP is in power.
Last time when NDA govt. was in power India had a good image in foreign countries and looked to be a strong nation.
