Ok my friend and I have a bet to see who’s right. Her husband is an illegal Mexican. Actually he came on a visa but it is expired. Well she wants him to have a sperm analysis done because they are trying to get pregnant. She says that he could go to just about any doctor and regardless of the fact that he is illegal with no SS# that he could get services done as long as he has money. I say that she is going to have a harder time than she thinks….so just wanted some advice. Will a doctor give any medical services to an illegal as long as they have the money????

Yes, they will see him and treat him regardless of immigration status. Money buys everything!!!

No, an illegal immigrant CAN go to any emergency room and the hospital HAS to stablize them and give them medical attention, but a private doctor does not have to do see a patient for non-emergency treatment. NOW, in saying this, if the patient has the money, a private doctor may see them reguardless of "status" because they just care about getting paid.
However... if the person is here illegally, and you know this for a fact, it's your responsibility to report them to the INS. I know this sounds cruel, but breaking the law is breaking the law. He should go on his own to register with the INS and have his green card extended, if it cant be, he should leave the country. If you cant respect the laws of our country, you shouldn't be here.

Most doctors will not accept you without medical insurance, but if he had enough cash for the analisys, then he probably could pay up front and have it done.
