An apt. management company I was doing work for, is holding my personal tools. Is this legal?

I was working for a apt. management company, we had a bad falling out. So I no longer work for them. I have tried to contact them to get my personal tools back and return their keys and some supplies that belong to them. I can not get them to respond. What should I do? Do I have any legal rights to my personal belongings

Who else is sick and tired of democrats bashing republicans and republicans bashing democrats!?

All it does is tick everyone off and make it harder to get work done in this country. Somebody points a finger at somebody else and so the chain begins ending with both condemning each others values and tactics and refusing to consider whether a middle ground exists. And why, because of injured pride and the desire to win? A middle ground exists people! A middle ground is what gets work done. We are not THAT different from one another! I want to hear your thoughts on this.

I will puke if Hillary runs. Alternatively I'd see a Reid - Feingold - Obama in the mix but I don't know if Obama could get elected Pres. judging from the rampant racist-factor that we still saw in the Tennessee smear campaign against Harold Ford Jr. there, so he may make a good veep runner

Can a 14 yr old decide her political party if she knows enough information? Read the rest:?

I'm 14 and decided to become a Democrat. I have read about Democrats VS Republicans, their different political views, different people from each party, and how each party uses propaganda. I have used peoples' knowledge to inform myself about these different parties, and I listen to debates, and I have come to the conclusion, it's not because the Democrats have taken over the Senate, but because I believe in what they say. I have discussed this, and adults say I don't know anything about politics, and I listen to too much Greenday. Greenday is expressing their thoughts, and using propaganda through their songs. I'm not a Democrat because one of my favorite bands are, but they have helped me understand, through Holiday and American Idiot.
I have a mature way of thinking compared to most people my age, and they think nothing about these things, I know whats going on. They don't.
Another question...why do people not like Democrats that much?

what i think is that the voters was promised so much if they are not filled in the next 2 years the republians will go back and vote party line in 2008 in big numbers and they will find just the man for the job

When you submit fingerprints for non-criminal purposes- are they scanned against unsolved latent prints?

Does it not seem like an excellent way to catch criminals who do not have a criminal record on file? If they do or don't- can someone please provide me an explanation.

What will be the punishment for these shootings????

There were 8 shooters. Three people were shot, a 16 yr old, a 20 yr. old, and 22 yr old. These people were all in their cars and got shot at. 5 cars were shot so bad they couldnt leave the scene. Did not take place on private property. 8 different weapons. These people were all supposed to have a fair fight, but when the guys in the cars showed up, they all got shot at. What will be the charges for these people??

Can you appeal against a supreme court decision in Canada?

My friend and her hubby have a child they have been caring for for the past 2 yaers since she was 3 months old ......they have already adopted her half brother a few years back and was hoping to adopt his sister. The very fact that this child was in foster care , was because she had to be taken away from her mother because her mum was a druggie and she had 10 kids the majority of which was born high due to their mothers drug use......So this baby has a safe and happy home , has her own blood brother she is growing up with ...and now after 2 years of court cases and appeals the Auntie has won custody of this child . This child is now going to be exposed all over again to the stupid parent that put her in the system to begin with....because the auntie and her are sisters.
The Supreme court of Canada made the decision ..what can be done to appeal this ? the lil brother is devastated that his sister is going to be taken away on Friday.can this decision be overturned ?or an injunction?
