I hear the Right throwing into our faces like it's the Liberals fault that the Republicans are home to the NeoCons?...they voted for them, they had no platform that the Democrats support...that's why they went to the Republican side...they were looking for a home and they let them in with open arms. Just because they had origins in the Democratic party, does not mean they are true believers of the ideology of most Democrats. They are anti-democrats, that's why the Republicans wanted their ideals.

I think that all this bs about saddam was dilibretaly made just before the elections for a purpose. that is to show that the republicans are making progress. Iraq is going to total hell now. Y couldnt they just keep him alive for the sake of their own country. Its gonna get torn no shreds now. He was a symbol for his people and the enemies (us) killed him. That meand trouble for America. What do you guys think?

I just read a inter- net story about a conferance of So. & Latin american countries & the 700mile fence we want to build. cuba ( south america ?) argentina, chile,Salvadore &of course Mexico say Bush Is wrong. Salvadore says there are 2.5 million of their people & we should be helping the illegal ones get their papers.Europe is having the same problem with illegal African people. so what if a few people trying to sneak into this country die. When are we going to defend our own borders & tell the world enough is enough. Dont you think we should take care of the people who came here legal & forget the ones who dont.

why do you folks appear to be against spending any money on fellow citizens, like those on the Gulf Coast who really need America's help, or anyone less fortunate than yourselves for that matter, when you have no problem spending BILLIONS on war under the guise of keeping America safer, not safe, safer. The whole time our young people are getting killed off in a war that is impossible to win. You folks are greatly mistaken when you think anyone other than a republican, is some kind of commie lovin', liberal pacifists. Lastly do you folks really think you are the only people in America who work for a living? Should we start bringing out the body bags? There's going to be a lot of collateral damage Tuesday evening from George's policies.

I'm talking about 9/11 here.
All the eveidence points to the government but still americans choose to beleive the rubbish their government is spewing...Remember the tv pictures of george bush when he got the news that "america was being attacked"? how and why did the president of 300 million people sit there and continue"reading his story book to those children ? ? ?
- thats bizzarly strange.Or has the government given them a"resonable" explanation haha??
There were 19 hijackers right....then how have 10 of these "terrorists" been found alive and well in their native lands?????
More bizzare is the horrific way the World Trade Center collapsed.Large structures like Buildings are made a certain way. They are designed to withstand storms, strong winds, fires, and bombs. The world trade centre was designed with those and many more safty designs in mind.It was a masterpeice of a structure.and buildings dont fall the way it did! THEY TALK ABOUT CONSPIRACYS,HEY THIS IS THE TRUTH! WAKE UP!!

Why are most liberals and ultra conservatives so predictable. Their rhetoric that I come across on the internet is always the same. It's as though they are scripted robots programmed by their political party's ideology. Anyone else notice this?

He didn't mean, of course, the patriotism which is a noble, genuine love for what's best about your country and its beauty and its achievements and so on, but those who wrap themselves in flags and blow the tinny trumpet of patriotism as a means of fooling the people. As a means of getting them to fall in behind the colours and march off to ignoble wars; wars of conquest, wars of aggression, wars for exploitation. For instance - the way George Bush uses 9-11 to scare people into believing in his Imperialist war.
