You could work in mental health which is the Life Skills office on the base hospital. You work for psychologists and help treat patients as well. Keep in mind that with war and all you would be talking to war vets with some deployment issues. Just talk to a recruiter.

I don't know the AF term but in the Army it is called green to gold. You ask to change your MOS (job) and tell them you want to get out to go to college and re enlist as an officer as a psychologist. Even though you are in talk to a recruiter or your CO and he can help you.
