If the Republicans keep the house and senate in the election, shouldn't we just annoint Bush as King George the First?

This questions was asked, tongue in cheek, to provoke a response. If anyone was too ignorant to realize that I apologize.

Shows the ignorance of some people here. King George I or II were not a Kings in the U.S.A. and therefore would have no title in our country. That would mean that if George W was anointed "King" he WOULD be "King George the 1st" of the U.S.A.

On a brighter note though, if he is anointed perhaps it will be with eggs again like it was in his inauguration in 2000, only this time without the cover of the Secret Service and a Limo.

What did Slick Willey do during the last 2 years of his term . NOTHING but drag the country down ,down down.He was to busy trying to get out of his womanizing suits. GW has 2 more years to try & get us out of Iraq. The Dems are going to try their damdest to keep us their so they have a hot button issue for 08. If Bush gets us out befor 08 the repubs will win in 08 because the dems have nothing to run on except the war & that will be gone. It is going to be a fun filled 2 years no matter who wins.

If the Republicans keep the house and the senate, which most polls think they will, then the country's government will not become gridlocked with bipartisan bickering. Bush only has 2 more years left, and all Americans are against nobility or monarchy.

You really have no idea what you're talking about, do you?

If you were half as smart as you think you are, you'd have said "the Fourth", but you don't actually think the era in which the Constitution was written is relevant, since you haven't read it anyway, so you don't even know who King George the Third even was or why I mention him, do you?

Actually, he'd be King George the Third.

The first was who we fought the Revolution war against, and we got to give his dad some credit for helping us get this far.
