Well was just wondering if I was the only person who felt that the "Dixie Chicks were on Oprah" to help their cause for their documentary about their comments that Natalie made about the President in England? I am not against free speech, if I was I wouldn't be on here right? I was one of the "Dixie Chicks" biggest fans, but when Natalie opened her mouth on foreign soil and run down the President, it ruined it for me against them. I believe that since we had just experienced the most horrific tragedy of man kind on our own soil, that no-matter what or how you feel, you should never show or say things about your President when the nation should all be united together against such a terrible thing, How do you feel about it? No, what she said, didn't warrant a death threat, the country hurt them bad enough with not buying their music, and boycotting their concerts., so how do you feel. Are you feeling about Natalie's comment like me?, "" Stupid is as Stupid Does""????

a) he listens to Americans' opinions and wants to find the best course
b) he is afraid of a heavy beating for his party at the upcoming polls so, as a marketing strategy, he pretends to comply to everybody else's opinion
c) he is lying and not changing anything, leading to more dead and wounded soldiers and eventually to the US defeat, just like in Corea and Vietnam, and to more terrorist actions against America.

Based on "farenheint, 9/11" a Michael Moore's docummentary, I'd like to ask you if American people know that when American Government buys weapons from United Defense "a Bin Laden family's group it is giving money to the terrorist family. It isn't my intention to offend anyone with my question, but It is a great doubt that I'd like to know the answer.

I've been reading about Afghanistan. While it's difficult to judge propoganda on both sides, it seems that support for Nato is eroding. Once the majority of Afghanis don't want you there, what are you doing there? And what chance is there of winning a war with no popular support, or even covert opposition?

The USSR couldn't manage it and I'm sure that there was less emphasis on "hearts and minds" from the Soviet leadership.

The more people you kill, the more orphaned children you have with an incentive to strike back against the killers of their parents.

A recipe for ongoing terrorism, anyone?

How will this war help the people of Afghanistan, and the people of other nations?

Israel is making a lot ofnoisesabout Iran'snuclear program and it is moving ahead despite the UN .

Will war happen soon ?

Ido not think the President is in charge of Iran - I am not sure how much it matters what he does or does not say - It's those clerics that are elected that seem to matter - not him ?Any thoughts ?

TEHRAN, Iran (AP) - Iran has expanded its controversial nuclear work by starting a second cascade of centrifuges to enrich uranium, a semi-official news agency reported Wednesday.

The news came as world powers moved toward introducing a draft resolution in the UN Security Council that would impose limited sanctions on Iran because of its refusal to cease enrichment - a process that can produce material for nuclear power reactors or weapons.

They have the authority to suspend First Amendment rights?

What are they thinking? I have no clue how they expect to get away with this.

My friend want's to marry someone in U.S.A. He is a citizen, and she doesn't have a greencard or anything.. She came to America years ago. Her visa has been expired, she can't work or go to college, because she would need SSN... which she doesn't have... What can she do? Can she get a greencard by marrying him? And how long will that take? Does she need to know anything particular? What kind of questions do the Immigration officers ask when then interview you as a couple after you have been married?
Please let us know, so she can have a better life, and marry someone she like... thank you so much!
