i received a speeding ticket out of state and have called this one office i heard a lot of good things from...i already called a lot to ask questions but i finally had to realize a lot of lawyers wont speak until you pay/hire them..so I sent my check in last week and wrote out a whole page description of how i got my speeding ticket because he seems like a busy lawyer i didnt know if he would wanna hear me say it all over the phone. at the end i wrote things like should i take driving school, will you be able to get this dropped, please call me and let me know. my court date is friday morning, should i wait for him to call me or keep callin the office? i also wanted to make sure they even got my check but i dont want them to get incredibly annoyed with me either..i just dont know how it all works

An employee made a rude comment to me, and I told the manager what she said. What would you have done? Do you think telling the manager what she said, made me appear weak? I'm not there to be her friend, but I feel like I ratted her out?

That is as long as they've past their 65th birthday, and have undergone psychiatric evaluation.

I was looking through my dads old badges and insignia stuff while today, and I say a badge that said "I'll try sir!" I was wondering what that is granted for.
He was in the army for i believe 4 or 5 years, in the Panama jungle when the US was controlling the Panama Canal, Also alot of his badges and stuff have swords on them, aswell as parachutes, i know he was airborne infantry, but anyways im curious about what that "i'll try sir" badge is granted for, and also what are alot of badges with swords on them granted for?

An Aluminum Foil Deflector Beanie (AFDB) is a type of headwear that can shield your brain from most electromagnetic psychotronic mind control carriers. AFDBs are inexpensive (even free if you don't mind scrounging for thrown-out aluminium foil) and can be constructed by anyone with at least the dexterity of a chimp (maybe bonobo). This cheap and unobtrusive form of mind control protection offers real security to the masses. Not only do they protect against incoming signals, but they also block most forms of brain scanning and mind reading, keeping the secrets in your head truly secret. AFDBs are safe and operate automatically. All you do is make it and wear it and you're good to go! Plus, AFDBs are stylish and comfortable.

What are you waiting for? Make one today!

You better hope the Republicans remain in power or else watch your wallet. If the Democrats win they will raise taxes through the roof on us RICH ($50,000 & above)people. They have to raise taxes to pay for all the programs they promised the "poor " people.I can not afford to pay more(39%) taxes.I will be forced to lay some of my employess (131) off & I would hate to do that. Remember it is us RICH people who give you your job so you have money to help your familys. Blame the Dems. if I have to lay you off

We live in the central unit of a block of three townhouses. Our neighbor gets very drunk and passes out and sleeps through his smoke alarms.

One time, he left a cigarette burning and the fire department had to come out and our house started to fill with smoke. The most recent occurence involved a toaster oven and two very burnt pieces of toast. We had to bang on the door and call him multiple times to wake him up.

We are about to have our first baby and my wife is scared. What the heck are we supposed to do? And don't just say, "Move."

Thanks.
