I think there's a mis-understanding in my question, if we were going to be a real democracy and be driven by the people for the people, every American should be forced to serve as a watch dog to their government, agree?

Most international people realize that Americans and the US gov't are two different things.

Private American citizens shouldn't be held responsible for the actions of our gov't.

Yes, and certainly more so than we hold Iranians or North Koreans accountable for their troublemaking govts. Freedom to select our leaders comes with a price. If we choose a bad one, we suffer in the face of the rest of the world. That I didn't vote for the current bad one doesn't change the fact that I cherish the rights of those who did. What worries me is that those who did don't share my sense of vigilance towards the tyranny of our own government.

Yes, hold us accountable for being the most generous giving nation on the planet. It is a fact that America gives more than any other nation which includes YOURS, whichever that may be if youre not American.

you suspect ultimate you individuals have a undesirable government, have self belief as quickly as greater, they're everywhere the international including Canada. the in basic terms top party bought away with billions of dollars which stole from taxpayers and all they get is a slap on the wrist. it is the in basic terms top time I vote for a Liberal. Now, it is going to be no longer consumer-friendly to return to a call to vote for who ever are any staggering from the Liberals.

No, because not every American voted for the members of their government. For example, nearly half the country DIDN'T vote for Bush, should they be held accountable for his actions when they tried to get him out of office?

No not every one just the people who voted for them. I think all the repukes should be made to go to IRAQ. Then they might start taking some accountablity.
