Technically you could hire a lawyer and challenge any of the punishments you listed in court. Specific rights are governed by your state's statutory code. But, in the mean time you'd have to serve out the punishment anyway, so the only reason to challenge would be if the punishment were something that would go on your permanent record (like a suspension), if only so that you can have it expunged.
Teachers have no more right to hold you without probable cause than a police officer does. But, unfortunately, it's not worth challenging the small stuff. If there's a serious injustice that could harm your future, then by all means get a lawyer. Otherwise, it's probably a good idea to just keep your head low.

When my children, a boy and a girl, were in high school a few years ago, this matter of bathroom use came up many times. My son refused to use the bathroom at all. And he came home retaining his urine for about 8 hours. Often he was in pain. He wouldn't drink at all during the time in school. The problems with the boy's room were: (1) they were poorly kept, filthy (both urinals and toilets), and smelled; (2) kids were always there hanging around, smoking cigarettes and pot; (3) there was no privacy. This issue was the worst of all. Often kids using the urinals were pulled away, poked in the back, other kids looked over urinals to watch kids peeing and making comments about their genitalia, or bullied by other kids who ganged up and wouldn't let some kids go at all. Then there were other considerations: some teachers would not let anyone leave class to go to the bathroom. The bathrooms were overcrowded. There was only about 5 minutes between classes and a half hour lunch period, also overcrowded. By the time they waited in line to get their food and eat it, they had their next class. If they had extracurricular activies after school many like my son would wait 10 hours until getting home and finally empty their bursting bladders. My daughter mainly didn't have time between classes or at lunch to go to the bathroom. The girl's rooms were dirty, often without toilet paper, and often filled with smoke. She had some urinary tract infections as a result of not urinating when she needed to.

Every school district is different.
I used to tell my kids that if you are punished for something you didn't do....then I'm punishing you for something you did and got away with.
Teachers are some of the hardest working, lowest paid people in the world.
Just follow the rules.

Basically you have none. You just have to meld with the system and free yourself on a spiritual level. once you make yuor peace with yourself, then the rules will not matter, and nothing will stand in your way. the single minded always accomplish a goal.

I think one of the staff at your school could probably answer that question for you. every school is different, some have strict disciplinary procedures, others a bit more lapse.

you must abide by school district policy. You have no rights there.
