Hi, i am a dual national and carry two passports. The passport that was used/stamped when i entered the UK was lost.

Now i am planning to go to France / other EU countries with my other passport. Can I enter another EU country with a passport that has no UK entry stamp? Will it be suspicious that my passport isn't UK entry-stamped when i am going to France from the UK? Would i be questioned my legal status in the UK?

or it doesn't matter?

P.S. My passport entitles me visa-free to all the EU countries.

I don't understand how illegal immigrants can recieve these benefits when they are not supposed to be here in the first place yet I was discharged from the military with Personality Disorders which has made my life a struggle and hardship which I believe would make me qualify for these programs; after all I did serve my country honorably and I am an American Citizen which would make me Eligable for such programs I would think. Am I correctand if not then why?

Hi, i am an international student in the UK and have a valid student visa. The UK student visa is officially in the form of a "Residence permit of the European Union" - Country: GB, type: student visa.

I hope you get what i mean. Since it looks like (and indeed is) one type of a EU residence permit, i am just wondering if that can get me visa free to the EU?

My brother and his wife are getting a divorce. My brother is currently in Iraq and is the one who wants the divorce. The problem is that my sister-in-law is trying to keep my brothers kids from us. Whenever we call to see the kids, she says that her lawyer is advising her to keep the kids away from our family. I think she is full of it, but could this be true?
And does that mean that our visit with my brothers daughters will be restricted to whatever visitation rights that he gets?
By the way, there is NO reason in the world that we shouldn't be allowed to see them or that a lawyer would say that (ie. verbal or physical abuse)!!!!! She is doing this because she is being just plain hateful and she just doesn't want to punish my brother for leaving her but our whole family. I need to make sure there is no legal way for her to do this.

Why do you Democrats want us out of Iraq soon?
Did you know the violence in Iraq is like trying to control Gang violence in America only in another country. Would you tell your Mayor of your city to to let gangmember tell you how to run your life. Why would you ever abandon the iraqi people to a bunch of crinimals that enjoy causing trouble. I am just saying to control the secterian violence is like fighting gang violence in america we already know that takes time. Just look at history from Al Capone to John Dilinger. If you live in Los Angeles you would think you were living in Baghdad. Does this question make sense?

I am a citizen and my boyfriend is illegal. He is from Guatemala and came here for the sole reason of working here. He wants to go back but i want to know how he can be legalized. If we get married in the US will it be harder for him? What if we get married over there? He doesn't want to stay here because he is scared of being deported and he's right. I'm not sure how this guy even became a senator. But, come on talk about wolf amoungst the sheep. Guy says he is a Christian...But really what Christian keeps a muslim name and still attends muslim traditions....Please if a Christian goes over to Syria and runs for any leadership role he/she would be shot. I got a letter from "better homes and gardens" that said i was entered into some sweepstakes. so i called the # on there, and they said they were gonna send me 2 free diamond watches and a few magazines and if i didnt like them i could cancel my subscription and still keep the watches. they were gonna charge me $1. something/week. only the watches and an electronic organizer were free. they didnt ask for my credit card # but they did ask for the expiration date. thats when i decided to tell them id rather not subscribe to anything. but then he said they might send me the free stuff anyway, just for calling in. they had my name, address, and phone #. what do you think?

i'm a nurse and i have a patient was involved in the bad end of a hit and run. it's very tragic. he is illegal and in fact had a fake ID, it took a month long police investigation to determine who he is. it was discovered he's here illegally from mexico and has a completely different name. this patient is pretty much being kept alive by machines, no family to make a decision as to what to do in regards to his care. he cannot be transported back to mexico, it would be impossible due to cost (to us, meaning you the taxpayer), and the nature of the injuries he sustained. long term care facilities such as a nursing home refuse illegals, understandably. the end result is that he stays stuck in the hospital indefinitely, being kept alive with tube feedings, ventilator, expensive meds and we all pay the bill. please do not think i'm not compassionate, i care for him a great deal as a patient and it's very sad. but what do we do about this...? it happens a lot.
