No, Clinton's team did a magnificent job of turning a large deficit from Bush Sr. into a surplus, creating an economic boom that lasted until Bush Jr. Since Bush Jr. we have racked up trillions in deficits. It is not govt., it is us. We are the ones responsible for putting these irresponsible men into a position where this can happen. Vote them out for being the liars they are, saying they are fiscally more responsible.
