I plan to have a will written regarding who gets what percentage of my total savings in several banks. Questions: (1) Must the lawyer know the bank names? (2) account numbers? (3) balances in the accounts? (4) What’s the minimal information the lawyer must know?

Personally, I am more conservative, and sure many scholars in the movement are liberal, but many are conservative. Explain how Alex Jones is liberal or the father of Reaganomics is liberal. This movement simply has nothing to to with being a liberal or conservavative and ppl who say it is are very ingorant and only give creedence to the other side. This goes to ppl who give small hit pieces and one liners as well. Instead of answering serious questions ppl just list laughable sites and tells them they are a liberal. how about answering the questions from now on.

Should I beat the crap out of this guy I know of that downloaded child porn? He downloaded it over 10 years ago, got arrested, did his time - and has been a “good” citizen since then… I know he at least thinks of raping kids. I think I should beat the crap out of him just for at least thinking it. This guy claims he made a stupid mistake and is very sorry for it, but I don’t believe him for a second. He is a sick and twisted individual and I need to make an example out of him and make sure he gets sent back to prison. He is a true sicko no matter how “sorry” he is.

Am I the only sane person left on this planet?

There seem to be intelligent conservatives that think out their answers. And there seem to be brainwashed buffoons that do not display facts but instead hack and demonize and ridicule with no intellectual basis.

To be fair, there are also mindless hacks on the liberal/Dem side of the spectrum, but let's consider the ratio of liberal-zombies to conservative zombies here... I think the ratio speaks for itself.

A supplementary question to my original question would be: do you think that your political party (whatever it is) is well-represented by these negative, spiteful people?

I'm asking about political thinkers here, so no "Rush" answers please :)
Personally, my favorite is Russell Kirk. Although I do realize that his dream of true anti-ideology social conservatism will probably never be realized, I just love the optimism and humor that permeates his works.
Two runners up are James Burnham and Albert J. Nock, neither of whom were true conservatives, but both brilliant men with engaging ideas.
