A great deal of the sex offenders are coming from across the border. If you read the link listed in my sources, you will see the statistics of violent sexual assaults and homicides by illegal immigrants.
I do not think that placing them on the border will work since the ones committing the crimes, for the most part, come from across the border.

I don't think sex offenders should be allowed to continue to breathe, I think if it is proven that they really did commit the crime, they should be walked across the street, given their last meal and then have a "sudden drop and a short stop". And for those of you whom don't know what that mean's, it mean's hang'em high.
