Yes Bush caused Hurricane Katrina to hit the New Orleans area because he is racist and he will lower the gas prices below a dollar by the elections in 08 that will surely make the republicans win in 08 and that's just like riggin the election.

ohhhh.. definitely. Cheney and Rove have a secret room in the White House basement where they are constantly twirling dials that control hurricanes and oil prices. During non-election years, they turn up the hurricanes to punish the poor and raise oil prices to benefit Haliburton. But in election years they tweak 'em down.

That is a clever way of getting to the point that there's no conspiracy in driving oil and gasoline prices up or down. Quite a few people do believe that there's something funny going on. I tend to believe that it wasn't a conspiracy that drove oil prices down in the late 90's and there's not one at work now either.
