If the two fronts were unrelated, then why did the U.S. go to war with Germany too at the same time?

I am not american and cannot believe the mudslinging that goes on in your politics. I have heard many people on the right call other americans anti american for being liberal. I have heard the left say the right is facist.

What gives??
If you want to continue to mudsling please do it on another question. Feel free to add intelligence to the mix though.

I just found out i can't join the army because i am taking stratera for ADD. I can function perfectly fine without it I'm not sure that I even have ADD. Just because I followed a counselors stupid advice to start taking ADD medicine a month ago i can't join the army.

It's not like i'll be twiddling my thumbs while i'm getting shot at by some crazy *** jihadist with an AK47.

So let me get this straight. Someone with a learning disability or depression can join the army but i can't now because less than a month ago i had my doctor write me a prescription for stratera??

Everybody has ADD to some degree. You treat us(ADD people) like we have the worst "mental disorder" ever.

MEXICO CITY -- A judge in the central Mexico state of Puebla ordered a Roman Catholic priest to stand trial in the rape of a 9-year-old boy in 1999, Mexican daily Reforma reported Saturday.

The judge, Emma Peralta, was not immediately available to confirm the ruling issued Friday. About 50 parishioners gathered outside the court building to support jailed priest Rafael Perez Sanchez, who was arrested on Sept. 30 in the community of San Rafael Tlanalapan, where he officiated.

A person who answered the phone at the offices of the Archdiocese of Puebla said no one was immediately available to comment on the charges.

Mexican law does not permit bail for those accused of serious crimes; rape is punishable by prison terms of eight to 40 years.

Perez Sanchez, whose age was not given, is accused in the rape of a minor at the priest's residence over the Christmas holidays in 1999.

The boy's mother and father were good friends with Perez, and as a result, the minor initially was afraid to tell them what happened, police said. He finally did in 2003, and his parents immediately filed a complaint. A judge did not issue an arrest warrant until last year.

Perez's detention comes amid a similar scandal involving a second Mexican priest from Puebla, the Rev. Nicolas Aguilar. A 25-year-old Mexican man has accused Aguilar of raping him when he was a teenager in 1994. The priest also has been charged in California with 19 felony counts of committing lewd acts on a child. He is still at large.

His alleged Mexican victim, Joaquin Aguilar Mendez, also filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Sept. 19 accusing Mexican Roman Catholic Cardinal Norberto Rivera of Mexico City and Los Angeles Cardinal Roger Mahony of conspiring to protect the Rev. Aguilar. Both cardinals have denied the accusations.
Is this why the Roman Catholic Church wants illegal aliens to stay?

Think what you want about the idea to build a fence, but on principle, don't we have the right to build any damn fence we want on OUR soil?

When asked by one of his Parliament members why he believes so much in America, he said:

"A simple way to take measure of a country is to look at how many want in ... and how many want out."

Do you have any thoughts on this statement?

Why OH Why are Republicans and Democrats fighting over who done what and who did not do what, just to get a vote? Its STUPID STUPID STUPID that the people in office have to down grade each other and/or the other "Party" to get a vote. Its a "Slap in the Face" to the voters and to the American People!
Why cant the goverment see that there is a "NUCLEAR" threat which could kill millions of people rather they are Demorcrat or Republican and put an end to the crisis.
Any thoughts on this????????

Signed into order by the CHAIRMAN and EVERY MEMBER of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the plan (read it yourself) calls for innocent Citizens to be shot on American streets; American ships to be sunk on the high seas; for a wave of violent "terrorism" to be launched in major East coast cities.

Operation Northwoods calls for Foreign Nationals to be framed for bombings they did not commit; and for planes to be hijacked and crashed into landmarks.
Using the phony evidence, all of it would be blamed on a foreign country, thus giving Political and Military leadership the excuse, as well as the public and international backing, they need to launch a war.

Excuse us for trying to stop hundreds of millions of Americans from suffering with Bush's current relief-for-the-rich mindset.
The economy may be going up, but the standard of living for average middle-class citizens is going way downhill.

Welfare is what this country needs right now. Bush's tax cuts need to be undone. Why can't people understand this? Call us commies if you wish, but our welfare points are valid.

With your logic of calling us commies for the support of welfare programs, I suppose we should be allowed to call the Bush Administration Nazis because they are imperialists who want to impose our ideals on other nations without a good premise for the wars in the first place.

Think about that one.
