Why do people still think that Bush is a conservative?

Obviously you are smart for even asking the question, but do you ever wonder why no one else seems to? I think that people listen too much to what "THEY" say and not to what they think is true. Conform to the norm, don't make waives so even when you're told a banana is an orange you're programmed by society to believe it 'cuase they tell you to. Hence Bush being conservative. I'm sure if they announced he was really a female; at least 65% of the population would believe it.

I don't think he is a true conservative. He uses conservative rhetoric on certain issues when it's convenient, but he has supported massive spending in medicare (prescription drug bill) and education (No Child Left Behind), not to mention the billions for the war - all the while, running up nearly a half-trillion dollar deficit. That's not very conservative in my book.

I dont think hes a conservative, ZI think hes a wolf in sheepskin thats what I think, either that or just plain stupid. There is o such thing as an honest politician, so I think we shouold abandon all hope for our current government and have a revolution cause it will never be the same as it was.

idk he's been weird lately. i don't obsess over others lives but he is acting........ i don't even know but he's no conservative.
