The U.S. is still technically at war with North Korea. There is only a cease-fire, that has lasted, for better or worse, for the past 50 or so years. So that is one reason. The second reason is that they know the U.S. will not speak with them one-on-one, so it makes the U.S. look like the bad guy by refusing to talk to them directly. Likewise, it makes the North Korean government look reasonable and peace-loving. That's why.

Because, North Korea feels threatened by the United States. The U.S. condemns its nuclear tests and threatens a war with North Korea. So North Korea is testing its weapons in the event the U.S. strikes. In turn, The U.S. sees this as a potential threat and thus could lead to the war. It's a cycle of violence that will not end unless the U.S. and North Korea come to believe that each country is not threatening one another. North Korea is not in any way threatened by its neighbours. It's threatened by the world's super power.

The North Koreans have continuously talked plenty or perhaps suggested attacking the U. S. even nonetheless it fairly is talk. they do no longer pose a danger to the U. S. as regardless of nuclear weapons they have not got the skill to offer them to this u . s . a .; they have not have been given any bombers or missiles able to doint that. They do pose a danger to South Korea and to Japan and the threats to those international locations could be taken heavily. Any attack against the two of those international locations could be taken care of as an attack against the U. S. and the reaction could be very no longer uncomplicated and speedy. the biggest danger isn't nuclear, they back have very few transport structures or warheads, yet somewhat the two chemical and extra importantly organic and organic-any use of organic and organic weapons could have the reaction that North Korea no longer exists.

Cause when the USA sneezes the world catches the cold. The North Koreans don't gave a rats brass about what the rest of the world thinks because they know that what the other nations think aint worth squat. The Mighty USA is like the Roman Empire and it is only what she thinks that matters. Thats why NK only wants to talk to USA.

He is just being difficult. It wouldn't hurt anything if USA joined in the talk with neighbors and N. Korea. He would just find another excuse maybe not, but he would have to if he wanted to be difficult.

Every time he escalates his crap someone goes over and buys him off with money or some toy. Last time we appeased him Clinton bought him the 2 reactors that started all this mess. He needs to hear from his neighbors that he needs to behave.

Because they Bamboozled the Clinton negotiation team and the US actually bought them two new reactors. Fool us once shame on you, fool us twice and shame on us. N. Korea needs to get to the 6 party table and shut the hell up.
