Think what you want about the idea to build a fence, but on principle, don't we have the right to build any damn fence we want on OUR soil?

Fences worked good......500 years ago. It makes no sense to build one.

Mexico counts on the money the illegals send back to keep the country running. I would really enjoy building the fence and giving Mexico the bill for it. We should limit the amount people can send back to Mexico. If the banks stopped illegals from opening accounts and transferring money to Mexico the flolw could be controlled.

It would seem so. Mexico is claiming the fence will harm the environment. Plants on Mexico side of fence will be killed and they don't grow anywhere else. Okay we back fence up 100 feet. We may be getting involved in a silly debate.

Because Illegal Aliens from Mexico means more money, and less responsiblility for Mexico, and it's politically a good move. So they play the race card and cry to the United Nations.

Europe is too busy putting together its EU Coast Guard to stop illegal immigration from Africa to care, and the UN has no jurisdiction and no one cares what they say anyhow.
Mexico will only alienate the only friends they have in this country by that move.
Can you see W wanting the UN to tell him what to do on our southern border?
