Why is when mexicans cross into America(california, texas) the country of their dreams. Why dont mexicans offspring don't work well at school. Why dont they give a damn about education. This is so ridiculous. They should be working hard and get the advantages and benefits of America and show their parents to be happy. But why dont they work a school???

I have kids and my first one was born at an inopportune time. The thought of an abortion never crossed my mind. My only thought was man I got to get another job. Please help me understand why someone would think abortion is a good idea. 1) iraq war ( based on lies from dems and repubs but it was the republicans that pressed more on the issue and lied more and lied to the UN assembly on numerous occasions. lied to the American people and continue to lie even after they are cought in a lie.
2) Patriot act: Need I say more? ok ok ok i will use a few exaples on this:
a) The CIA and FBI and secret police can search your home without your knowledge meaning they will break in and mess the place up, violate your civil rights and not even tell you about it.
b)They can obtain medical records without permission, tap your phone and violate your privacy by obtaining records of your check out books. ( Just a couple of examples)
3) They have destroyed the clinton surplus and continue to damage our economny in the interests of big business.
4) The environemnt: Well they have no policies to protect it. and if you do protect it they call you a tree hugger.

I'm not sure, in one way I think it would help everybody to get along, but on the the other hand I think it could be destructive to the host countries culture and if I turn it around, even though drinking wine is part of my culture, if I chose to move to an Islamic country I would decide to give up alchol because I think it would be more my duty to adapt to their culture.

This is why cops don't trust anyone.
I know there will be the usual amount of psuedo bad *** comments by the usual jerks here, but for the rest of the normal people, this is what we face every day.
This cop obviously did not learn how to defend himself in the Marines like some of the rest of us. Trouble is, you usually don't wind up fighting just one cop. This is an extreme example, but I have found myself in similar situations lots of times.
