Clinton by any measure was a brilliant president, people disagreed with his policies, Clinton would never have been booed at the UN and have people laugh at him being called a devil. As a statesman he out classes Bush in ever department. The immaturity of the American public regarding matters sexual brought him down

As usual O'Reilly is right on! Bill is the most intelligent president of the last century! With him there was no war and the economy was the best it had been in twenty-five years. Bill is still working hard to make this world a better place! Anybody who still snipes at him for Monica is a chimp living in the past!

Clinton was a brilliant president (okay minus the M.L. business). I mean everything he touched turned to gold. The economy was buzzing, gas was cheap as heck, low inflation, unprecented stock gains, low unemployment, etc. He made it a mandate during his term to pay down national debt while benefits were far reaching. I wish he could have done another term. I could care less if he has s*x with that woman as long as things are honkey dorey.

Sure he was brilliant. He was getting some on the side from a intern. And fir the guy that mentioned keeping us out of war. Bosnia, Macedonia, Haiti, Somalia, Kosovo. I have been to about half them during the Clinton years. And by the way the only country we don't have troops in anymore from the above mentioned list is Somalia. lol

I happened to be watching that interview, waiting for the story on the twins. I was surprised to hear him say that, but his whole demeanor during the interview did not reflect his true personality. I don't recall him saying the word "liberal" even once during the segment. I think it's probably an attempt at some PR, trying to convince fence-sitters that he is a "kindler, gentler" loudmouth.

I just asked a question about that, i knew i forgot some important thing he said.
I didn't remember him saying that but rather that his career was successful, and so was his presidency. He is right though

I think he is a brilliant politician, but I don't know if he is a brilliant President. Very few of his administration successes, from budget suprluses to welfare reform, were his idea.
