Ok I know all you Americans out there will yell "We can never lose at anything ever" but just for a moment allow the thought that America is on the brink of loseing a war - it won't be invaded it won't be occupied but it's economic dominance and it's ego are going to go down the drain - They won't be able to dictate as a "super power" anymore . They will have to line up and negotiate with all the other countires of the world and admit they were beaten and pull the troops home before they are slaughtered

Would the American government accept that or nule the hell out of the world in a "if we can't rule it you can't have it either" We win or you die ......

Which would America choose a loss or killing half or all of the world ....

Answer honestly as you are able and then think about that what does that say about you and the nation and all of us human beings?

I suspect that America if it thought it could not win would not even think twice about nuking half the world

I was married to my American husband for over 10 years living happily in my country in Europe. The only reason we decided to move to the US was simply for the kids, which have both citizen ships. We wanted to make sure they get the education from both sides of the world to open all possible doors for them.
I am constantly being accused of marrying simply for the green card.
On the other hand, if I wanted to get my American citizenship, I could have done so long time ago. Also I could have applied for my green card a lot sooner that I did.
We will celebrate our 21st anniversary in November....doesn't that give the message that it was love, and no other reason?
Besides, as soon as our youngest is done with school, we will move back to Europe...because this is where I belong.

I came from Europe on a visa and I got a SSN, but everyone who sneaked in can't pay taxes even if they wanted to.
Legalization would mean everyone will pay taxes. What will you ***** about then, ha?

shame that president Bush will order the torture of prisoners, anything short of death, organ failure, brain dead, water bording, basically the Geneva Conventions will be ignored, as if there not worth the paper they were written on. Bush has appointed himself judge, jury and executer, how do Americans justify torture?

The U.S. has been tourturing a lot of suspected terrorists, to try to get information. When it started showing up in the news, people questioned why they could do it because it went against the geneva convention. Now Bush wants to re-interperate Article 3 of it, so its not as strict. If this happens, he wants to be able to nearly drown people, to get info. I personally think that tourture is wrong, but bush argues it is essensial for security. The thig is a lot of the people being toutrured aren't terrorists, dont know why they are locked up, or how long they will be there. Also, if the U.S. gets away with tourture and U.S. POW's could be tourtured too.
