it seems that every Tom, Dick & Jane r using this illegal issue as an excuse to blame everything wrong in the US on the Illegals. is this an easy out, instead of taking responsibility for our own lack of attention towards everything thats wrong in our country from our education system, welfare, Iraq war, economy,corruption, etc?

If they do not give up within five months...... then we start using nukes till they give up.. And we need take over the country and make it US territory because they will just rise up again against us.
When you go to war you go to win at all cost!!!Or don't go! If you are against us ever being over there then you do not mind $6.50 per gallon for gas and you family and friends and Americans killed by those insaine terrorist!!!

some immigrants work and pay their taxes for years and have children born in the u.s. one parent U.S citizen the other from other country .the father have a job working and paying taxes and paying child supports .married U.S citizen but he had arrest record some 18years back when he was younger.since sept.11 he was deported back to his country.leaving his children and wife. what will happen to those children now dad is'nt there for them.immigration should keep family together not separate them.i think if the dad is a one time offender and pay for offence .then depported him ,then he is pay twice for an offence.he had a drugs offence 20 years ago.

I am a union member. and life long democrat
i belive in abortion in SOME cases.
i like to look at hustler from time to time. i drive a f150 4x4 hunt and fish. if you don't know the differance between a 12 gage and an 30-06 don't try to take mine away!
i might not think bush is the best president of all time
But he is the leader of our country.
American's should feel it there duty to defend him with there life if needed. don't burn my flag. why are we sniviling about how some terrorist's rights are being violated? they are trying to distroy america . they have NO rights.there lucky we feed them.
Lieberman is a great Democrat.he sees america needs to fight to survive. Bush's war? no it's WWIII look around.

and went to live in hippy commune in Siberia where they belong, what would we replace them with? Earthworms are more intelligent, warthogs are better looking, hyenas are less devious, plague rats have more political appeal and dung beetles smell better. So, what about chimpanzees? They are less hairy than the average Green Party member, they are a lot funnier and quite frankly their policies make a lot more sense.

Being a 15 year old son of a lawyer in a little town located in East Tennessee, my knowledge of law is better than those around me for the most part, however, is very limited. I want to know somethign that has been pressing my mind for a good little bit though. Siemese twins. If a murder is commited, what is the punishment? What is the legal standpoint? I am only asking for the legal standpoint, I already have my own oppinion on the fairness and morality behind it.

I don't know, I just think takes someone without any integrity to play devil's advocate so hard.--Seemingly just to spite "liberals".

I find it highly unlikely she goes to church and reads her bible, using it as evidence that the earth is about 10,000 years old....never mind less than 4 bil. 2 bil, 500 mil, etc...

She's a single, childless woman in her 40's, not exactly the poster conservative woman.
She's more like a Reagan conservative, snorting mountains of coke 80's and having an abortion or two while studying in college to be a partisan hack.

Democracy in real sense imply rule by majority. Suppose a majority of population is virtually illiterate and believe in a number of supersitions and evil social customs and a system full of sub-human evil practices. Would it not be compible with law to continue with the evil system supported by majority of the ill educated group as due regard to the preferences of the majority justify every damn thing.

Is it compatible with democracy to frame rules/laws in accordance with the justifications given by few right minded learned persons?

What is true democracy, an egalitarian system guided by few right spiritted persons or a discriminatory system guided by beastly instincts of the majority of the people?
