Today, I saw an article on Presidential doodlings. For Herbert Hoover, I was unable to see the rest of a doodle he had drawn. President Hoover was considered a rather lazy beaurocrat (no offense, just paraphrasing) and one of his doodles began with the Star of David at the top. The next line said "How many foreclosures". President Hoover's term heralded in The Great Depression. I was wondering if someone out there could tell me what the rest of the doodle said/reflected in the drawing. Thanks.

When we moved in the apartment was filthy, so my husband and I cleaned it. Then we found out we had bed bugs, so we cleaned it. Then the bug guy came and sprayed, then we cleaned it. We found more bugs so he came and sprayed, we cleaned it. Then he scheduled a time so he could come and spray and we wouldn't be here, he sprayed we cleaned. When he sprayed this time he left pesticide residue on everything (I took pictures) so that was even more work. I have two kids, I can't be going through this every 2 or 3 days. We haven't even been here a month and already we have cleaned like 5 times (by cleaned I mean vacuumed every inch of the apartment: furniture, floors, beds, walls, etc.). The manager said they would send someone to clean after all the bugs were gone, but we have to live here in the mean time. My question is can we get out of our lease, get our money back, and be compensated for all we have been through.

Next Attack Imminent: Muslims Ordered to Leave the US
Terrorism Hamid Mir, Dr. Paul L. Williams & David Dastych
September 19, 2006

Recently, Abu Dawood, one of the newly appointed commanders of the al Qaeda forces in Afghanistan issued some disturbing statements. Dawood stated: that final preparations have been made for the American Hiroshima, a major attack on the US; said that Muslims living in the United States should leave the country without further warning; indicated that the attack will be commandeered by Adnan el Shukrijumah ("Jaffer Tayyer" or
"Jafer the Pilot"), a naturalized American citizen, who was raised in
Brooklyn and educated in southern Florida; that the al Qaeda operatives who will launch this attack are awaiting final orders, that they remain in place in cities throughout the country and that many are masquerading as Christians and have adopted Christian names; that al Qaeda and the Taliban will also launch a major strike...

I know there's a good bit of people, I'm starting to myself..it will be my first voting opportunity for the president. So I was wondering..

Who would you like to see be the next president?

What kinds of things would you like to see them do while in office?

Do you think they will be able to repair relationships with the countries that seem to hate us now?

On 6Sep, my colleague read out a page on CNN frontpage: "The CIA operates secret prisons abroad for holding key suspects in the war on terror, President Bush admitted for the first time today." Then, he said "Raymond, I don't understand why you are not there." 2 of my other colleagues heard his speech, which was made in open area of the office.
1) I had not consented to this defamatory statement
2) Absolutey, my colleague is not telling the truth as I am not a suspect for terrorism.
3) My colleague has not privilege to defame me. (Neither absolute, spousal and conditional privileges he has on me)
4) It's not a fair and accurate comment made publicly.
5) He is not from any local legislative bodies and administrative bodies
6) He damaged the public interest of my company as I am a fund manager of an investment firm. Being slandered as a terrorist suspect, I and the public in my company got damaged.
7) His person/ property was not threathened making him slander me.
Can Charge him?

As an attorney, I constantly have opportunities to discuss my conservative republican views with moderate reps, liberal reps, liberal democrats, moderate dems, religious dems, liberatarians, leftist communists (their own admission) without resorting to this kindergarten name-calling.

Sometimes, we actually reach a consensus through this dialogue, also, which is truly America's way...

So, my question is, please list your occupation and your political views?

Thanks.

I believe 9/11 was an inside job.
I believe the past 10-14 foiled terror alerts, were scripted, fake, phoney alerts.
I believe the American Population is being conned to give up there liberties and freedoms, in exchange for "security" when all they will get in tyranny, martial law, and a police state

It makes me sick that people like Shiraz have no respect for anyone's military service. BUT he loves the war in Iraq.

If he supports all these wars.....why isn't he out fighting too?

Isn't it hypocritical, for able bodied adults like Shiraz, to sit around on the internet all day hawking war....and not fighting the war himself?
