On wensday the police took my boyfriend to jail and said he rob somebody a few minutes earlier but when they searched him they fund no moey no purse or anything like that and i know he didn't do it cause he was at the house with me and my mother and they told us he fit the discription. he goes to court on the 27th of this month and want to know if they can charge wth that because i know im gong to be very sad and depressed if they cause im so use to being with him everyday and i love him and know im going to miss if him if they do. and i just want to prepare myself for it.

I'm learning German because I want to GO TO Germany.

So why do so many Mexicans, Central Americans, and South Americans coming here (legally and illegally) refuse to learn our language, and make us learn theirs?

If you disagree, then why are there about 500 students at my school that CANNOT speak english? I may not be perfect, but hey, this country was english speaking since the conception.

a good percentage are not even working a steady job. Someone just called me A hillbilly racist because I called someone an "illegal alien" These illegals are not doing this country any favors..they are tottaly self-serving. Be aware republicans and some corporations are proposing laws to change the net. There is a law proposed to protect internet equality for users like us, it is the internet neutrality act. No republicans openly support this law for our protection, surf the net and put pressure on your elected officials to support internet neutrality or lose what we have. Just keep electing R's if you like this kind of secretive law making

I fail to understand Liberal Americas disgust with what happened in New Orleans after Katrina.
What I mean is, Society in New Orleans pre-Katrina was exactly what Liberals have preached for decades now.
Hand to mouth, Cradle to the Grave, Government subsidized existance of the helpless masses.
The whole "It takes a village" crap. I mean isn't this what Liberals wanted?
A Liberal-Socialist Utopia where no one had to exert any ambition, any effort to fulfill their own dreams, the Government would provide everything.
Just sit at home watching soap operas, waiting for your next Goverment check.
Well, now we see just how prepared this type of community is in a crisis. Heck even the local leadership was lost!
And all we saw on the news were people standing around the Stadium like little birds in a nest with their beaks in the air crying "Feed me! Feed me!"
Well, my question is this. Is there an honest Liberal out ther now who will finally acknowledge that this isn't working

I just finished the movie Hotel Rwanda. It's wierd that I didn't know anything about this until the video, and I didn't even know it was real until I looked it up, just outta curiosity. I won a small claims court case in court recently. The defendant moved out of state. They did notify the court and gave them their new address. I am not saying they are not going to pay but my question is: If i decide to garnish their bank account or pay check would I have to file in the state they are living in now? Would I have to follow Florida small claims procedures which is where the judgement was entered or would I have to follow North Carolina's procedures as that is where the defendant lives now? I met her in the parking lot of the mobile home park and she was about to leave and she told me to just come back. I had to use some of the lot rent money to pay for a tire for my wifes van because it was flat, so I went back to pay my park manager on the 15 of sept. when I got payed again to cover all of my late fees and what not.
