if my mobile home is repoed can they garnish my paycheck? are taxes.can they go after my co-signer

depends on your state, but yes if there is money still owed after they sell it ( and there normally is) you will owe the money, and if you don't pay, they can get a judgement and perhaps a garnishment.

And yes if you don't pay, they will go after the co signer if they have more money and more ability to pay

The cosigner is #1 on the list.
They couldn't care less about you. Your credit then and now was/is of no concern.

The cosigner has to pay or take the hit.
