Almost all groups have been listed by the previous respondents. The only ones they left out are people in Florida and Ohio, that are suspected of wanting to vote for Democrats.

Citizens under the age of 18, Non-citizens and felons. (The person who answered Native Americans doesn't know what they are talking about).
Other groups are underrepresented because of limitations in access. While they aren't denied the right to vote as individuals, as groups, they are underrepresented, which is the same thing.

Voting in the USA is a priviledge - not a right. Convicted felons are not allowed to vote.
