Area 51 was believed to be closed down officially in 1997. But the Discovery channel proclaimed that it did not. In fact, it has been growing larger, as unmanned aerial vehicles have been designed too. But isn't the area 51 technology so good, that their human planes are believed to be aliens? OFFICIAL A, says yes, over the past 20 years, the private human technology grew secretely 10X the speed of the standard public tech (SPT), what we use every day. OFFCIAL B, says no, private technology may be only 2x more advanced than SPT, and therefore, area 51, the secret flatLandForm, is indeed a good place for alien hideout. SO, IS THE FACT THAT AREA 51 STILL EXISTS A FACT OR FICTION?

when a defense attorney takes a case, or is assigned a case, surely they must form an opinion in their own mind of the suspects guilt or innocence after seeing the evidence and talking to the suspect..if they believe in their hearts that the suspect is guilty do they still try to get the person off?? what about a suspect who actually tells the attorney he did the crime, does the attorney still try to get him off?..if any of this is so, how can it be right legally, morally or ethically?

This veteran probation officer wishes to place to place the juvenile in a state juvenile prison whereas the judge wishes the juv. to be
placed in an alternative setting. At a hearing a month ago, the judge told the p.o. to look for placement at an alternative setting--however did not write this in the order. Last week --at the following
hearing the judge again asked for placement & put it in the order.
Upon leaving the hearing, the p.o. announced to the mother of the juvenile, the attorney for the juv. & the juv. doctor that he/she was
still asking for the juv to go "upstate" (the juv prison) when he/she
would be speaking before a board who decided funding for the
juvenile @an alternative setting. "What about what the judge?!"
the attorney asked incredulously. "I am asking for commitment,"
the p.o. responded. "What about the judge?!" I am recommending
commitment," the po boldly reiterated. May the p.o. deliberately do this? This is a veteran p.o.?

A bank account that is currently in my name only (removed ex-husband at time of seperation) has had a levy placed on it to pay back child support owed by my ex-husband for a child from a previous marriage. The levy received by my bank did not list this debt as my responsibility. How can a hold be placed on my account with no legal document? I have read the discloure/privacy statement that states the bank will only place a levy on an account with the appropiate legal documents. Is the bank at fault for holding me responsible or am I obgligated to pay this debt for my ex-husband I would like to appeal this but would like to know if there are any laws that reference this type of debt.
