It is not justifiable in my opinion but I am not a member of such sects that really believe it is justifiable. Remember, the bloodiest wars on record were in the name of religion.
"An eye for an eye a tooth for a tooth" is in the old Testament so isn't that using God's name for sake of revenge? And many people still state that passage to uphold revenge.
I suppose it is all in how you believe. The Kamikazes truly believed in what they were doing, killing Americans, in the name of honor. So do the suicide bombers. I have never believed in anything so much that I would be willing to blow myself up or crash into an enemie's ship. But, if I was to consider anything of that nature it would have to be in the name of God.
So, I am not so sure who is wrong and who is right. The ones I have mentioned believed much more strongly than I do so I do not know if I have the right to take a stand. *shrug*

No, terrorism has a sufferer and that sufferer has no fault different than to be interior the incorrect place on the incorrect time. Terrorism has no achievable in simple terms foundation. the only way you ought to even enter right into a controversy is with the communicate that killing some will keep many, yet that's an extremely slippery slope. If with the aid of killing one hundred,000, I keep one hundred,001 is that ok? for sure the muse of the communicate is an inherent valuation of the lives of the victims as being much less substantial than the political or non secular purpose. I extremely have an incredible type of difficulty signing directly to that concept. i'm a conservative.

It's the worst kind of sacreligious action and it's done by extremists of ALL religions. It's easy to look away from our own religion's dirty laundry, but we all have nutjobs no matter what faith we believe in. Peace will come only when the Islamic jihadists and the Christians with the crusade mentality and the zionist jews are muffled by free thinking intelligent Christians, moslems, and jews who love God more than they hate each other.

Never. It is morally reprehensible to start violence, equally reprehensible to continue the cycle of violence. Revenge is never the answer.
