I want to fix my situation but i really dont know how. I want to migrate to canada and arrive or fix my status thanks in advance for any answer

Just move right on up there, they are much more liberal than the US, so they will be glad to welcome you.
I always hear them saying how wrong the US is trying to deport illegals, so they must be glad to see you

There is no way for you to come to Canada and have legal status if you are presently in the USA illegally. You would have to return to your country of origin and apply through legal means, same as you SHOULD have done before going to the USA. However, if you have any criminal record either in your home country or in the USA, you will not be accepted for legal immigration to Canada, ever.

Talk with an immigrants rights organization - they have attorneys who can advise.
I'd ask how you'll get into Canada from the U.S., except I know that Canada has the most porous immigration system in the world.

I am a Canadian. We don't recognize illegals from the US as refugees because the US is a developed country. If you are illegal in the US you are illegal here too. There are legal ways, but sneaking in is not one of them. Have a look at the NAFTA agreement.

You want to leave the US? How awful! Is the anti-illegal immigrant sentiment making it too uncomfortable to enjoy a carefree illegal existence in the US now? You are obviously a victim of right wing zealots who have kept you down and not provided you with enough benefits to entice you to stay - shame on them. How can we make it up to you? I do not know where you are from, but you really should go back! You are breaking the law, you are a criminal, you are no better than a drug addict or a thief! You obviously got in here illeagally it should not be too hard for you to break the laws in Canada!

Believe me if I knew how you could migrate to Canada I would get my husband and a semi truck and trailer, several of them and start hauling all your illegal friends to Mexico free of charge.
Hey, maybe take several loads to France. Better yet, how about a free ride to Iraq.

Why not go back home, and enter our country legally, apply for citizenship the right way.
Right now, I have compassion for you as a human being, but you just told me that you are a criminal in my country.
Once you learn the language, look up the word illegal.

You won't be able to immigrate to Canada, how would you be able to cross the border? The only way is illegaly and then you won't be able to apply unless you try for refugee status.

The only way to fix your situation is to return to your legal country.
Besides, America (USA) is filled with selfish, fat, lazy, worthless people and you really don't want to stay here...
Oh yes, please tell all your illegal friends how wonderful it would be to leave America (USA) and go somewhere that the people wanted you..........America....just leave it!
