It is going to depend on the state, trust deeds do not work the same in every state. And it will even go back to how the trust was set up and by who and for what purposes.

It can go to the beneficiary of the beneficiary, but not alwasys

If the beneficiary is a minor then the trustees over sees he`s /her money until they turn of age. If the beneficiary is of age then the trustees just go away.

it would go into probate. i have two trustee's with heirs to my estate. if one should die, alternates get it. the trustee's handle the trust. even if the beneficiary has a wife its just like biological children get the estate over step children. everything must be put in writting and its best to have other beneficiaries.

That depends upon what is written in the beneficiaries will. If he left everything to his wife, she would be the beneficiary. If not, it would go to his legal family heirs. Depending on what state, this could take years to straighten out.

hahahahehehe...it is the wife's turn to collect. It would go to the beneficiary's next of kin. Which in most states is the spouse. The other family members may and could contest it. Maybe they will, maybe they won't. Hire an attorney to execute the rights of the wife as the law see fits to her newly acclaimed inheritance.

Good Luck
