Sounds like homework to me. The Federal Government has grown to support its employees. It's promises are designed to increase the dependence of the people on its programs and insure their own jobs. The Constitution was originally written to protect our people from the government system itself and foreign threats.

The advantages is they keep our streets safe and positive.
They make highways and schools positive.
Disadvantages is they make it rough for a soldier to buy beer.
